Almon Inc.’s Electrical Schematic Overview is an off-the-shelf course developed to give technicians the knowledge to understand, interpret, and use electrical schematics.
This course begins with a general overview that will help technicians understand the concept of electrical schematics, including understanding the relationship between pictorials and schematics. From there, the course builds on that knowledge by identifying and describing different circuit requirements and variations.
Technicians will gain knowledge of schematic elements and symbols including title blocks, legends, switches, wires, and circuit components. Everything in the course is brought together by then guiding the technician through the navigation of a schematic for practical use.
The knowledge gained by this course is reinforced with knowledge checks throughout, and an assessment at the end of the course.
