Mike Grady has been with Almon Inc. for the past 8 years in a variety of roles; first as an Instructional Designer/Training Developer and now as Business Development Manager. His background experience from the military, manufacturing, and workforce development provides a solid understanding of the needs of today’s manufacturers and educators, and the challenges that they face.
Outside of Almon Inc. he and his wife try to stay on top of their high-schooler’s activities, which doesn’t leave enough time for fishing or biking!
