The purpose of this off-the-shelf course is to give technicians a clear understanding of the basic concepts of two-stroke engines as they apply to machines in the construction, agriculture, or outdoor power equipment industry.
This technical course gives technicians an understanding of the two-stroke engine and how it differs from the four-stroke engine. The engine components are identified and the different systems that make up a two-stroke engine are explained.
This course assumes that the technician has minimal knowledge of two-stroke engine systems.
A knowledge assessment upon completing the course will reinforce the information covered.
