Almon Inc.’s Failure Analysis Overview is an off-the-shelf course developed to introduce technicians to the basic concepts of failure analysis as they apply to machines in the construction, agriculture, or outdoor power equipment industry.
This course defines what failure analysis is and instructs technicians on how failure analysis is used as part of the troubleshooting process. Technicians are then going to take that knowledge and learn how to prevent future failures.
Besides becoming knowledgeable in the overall failure analysis process, this course will go one step further and go into detail on engine failure analysis.
It is assumed that the technician has minimal knowledge of failure analysis.
A knowledge assessment upon completing the course will reinforce the information covered.
